Ingredientes:
Coxas de frango com a pele
Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
Manjerona seca
Orégano seco
Dentes de alho amassados
Azeite de oliva
Modo de fazer
1. Temperar as coxas com os ingredientes acima, colocando os
temperos também embaixo das peles.
2. Colocar numa travessa refratária.
3. Regar com azeite de oliva.
5. Assar em forno médio-alto até as coxas ficarem cozidas,
macias e ligeiramente douradas.
Baked Chicken Thighs with Marjoran

Salt and black pepper to taste
Dried marjoram
Dried oregano
Garlic cloves
Olive oil
Directiions:
1. Season the thighs with the above ingredients, placing the
spices also under the skins.
2. Place on a refractory dish.
3. Sprinkle with olive oil.
5. Bake in a medium-high oven until the thighs are cooked, tender
and slightly golden.
