Modo de fazer:
Ferver o caldo coado, adicionar a farinha de mandioca tostada aos poucos, mexendo sem parar para não empelotar. Baixar o fogo e continuar mexendo até alcançar a consistência desejada. Enfeitar com ovo cozido picado.

Every day you make a dish of beef with broth, as a braised ribs or a cozido (Portuguese stew), you can make a meal mush using the broth of cooking process. The photo above shows a meal mush made with the broth of the cooking cozido’s meats, done by our friend Yara.
How to make:
Bring to boil the broth. Slowly pour in the toasted manioc flour stirring in circular movements with a wood spoon to prevent lumps. Allow the mixture to bubble, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low. Keep stirring until mush is done. Garnish with boiled egg chopped.
