Almondega de Peru com Molho Branco

 Almondegas:

Carne de peru moída

Cebola picadinha

Sal e pimenta do reino

Salsa picada (opcional0

Molho Branco:

1 caixa (200 g) molho branco Elegê (você pode fazer um com a sua receita)

½ xícara de leite

Modo de fazer:

1. Misturar bem os ingredientes e fazer as bolas das almôndegas com as mãos.

2. Esquentar o molho branco com o leite e colocar as almôndegas para cozinhar nesse molho.

Turkey Meatballs with White Sauce

Meatballs:

Ground turkey meat

Finely chopped onion

Salt and black pepper

Chopped parsley (optional0

White sauce:

1 box (200 g) Elegê white sauce (you can make one with your recipe)

½ cup of milk

Directions:

1. Mix the ingredients well and make the meatballs with your hands.

2. Heat the white sauce with the milk and put the meatballs to cook in that sauce.
