Ingredientes:
- 6 salsichas brancas (weisswurst)

Repolho no vinagre: (Ver receita abaixo)

White sausage (Weisswurst) with Sauerkraut

We had already eaten Weisswurst with sauerkraut and potatoes mayonnaise in Curitiba, in a German restaurant in the historic centre of this city. When we saw in the Hortifrut near our home this kind of sausage to sell, we decided to make the dish for lunch after the beach, because this dish is practical, quick and tasty. We bought a jar of sauerkraut ready imported from Germany in the supermarket. However, anyone who wants to can do a Cabbage in Vinegar to replace the Sauerkraut.

Ingredients:
-6 white sausages (weisswurst)

Cabbage in vinegar (See recipe below)

How to:

The recommended is to put white sausages to cook in very hot water (but no boil), by 10 minutes, so the sausages do not crack.

Serve the sausages with sauerkraut, potato mayonnaise and a spoonful of mustard, preferably dark mustard.

Note: If the Sauerkraut is acid, grate on the coarse side an Apple, and mix to the Sauerkraut.

Repolho no Vinagre

4. Misturar e servir.

Cabbage in Vinegar

An excellent side dish for pork and sausage.

1. Slice the cabbage into thin strips.
2. Cook in salted water until the cabbage is "al dente".
3. Sprinkle with white wine vinegar to taste.
4. Mix and serve.
