Ingredientes:
1 a 2 xícaras de tomatinho uva ou cereja
1 a 2 xícaras de cebolas pequenas descascadas
500 g de batatas pequenas com cascas
Alho e sal a gosto
Pimenta do reino
Ramos de alecrim fresco
Azeite de oliva
Modo de fazer:
1. Temperar com alho e sal e pimenta do reino.
2. Colocar as batatinhas e as cebolas pequenas num refratário, regar com um fio de azeite de oliva e colocar ramos de alecrim por cima.
3. Assar em forno médio até as batatinhas ficarem macias.

Ingredients:
1 to 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
1 to 2 cups of small onions peeled
500 g small potatoes with peel
Garlic and salt to taste
Black pepper
Fresh rosemary
Olive oil
How to make:
1. Season with garlic and salt and pepper.
2. Put the potatoes and onions in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with a dash of olive oil and place fresh rosemary on top.
3. Bake in medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and return to the oven until the cherry tomatoes start to wither. Serve with any kind of meat or fish.
