É um prato muito sadio, mas que necessita de um utensílio especial: uma panela para cozimento no vapor ou cuscuzeira.
Ingredientes:
Legumes picados a gosto (nós usamos batata, cenoura, berinjela, chuchu, cebola, alho porró e repolho)
Alho e sal
Pimenta do reino
Manjericão fresco
Modo de fazer:
Temperar com alho e sal, pimenta do reino e folhas de manjericão fresco.
Colocar um pouco de manjericão fresco picado na água do cozimento.
Depois que a água ferver, cozinhar por cerca de 7 minutos. Lembrar de colocar o repolho nos últimos 2 minutos do cozimento.

Chopped vegetables to taste (we use potatoes, carrots, chayote, eggplant, onions, garlic and leeks)
Garlic and salt
Black pepper
Fresh basil leaves
How to:
Season the vegetables with garlic and salt, black pepper and fresh basil leaves.
Put some chopped fresh basil leaves in cooking water.
After the water boils, cook for about 7 minutes. Remember to put the cabbage in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
